Rosemary Frank, MBA, CDFA, CFDP, CFDS has authored and regularly presents a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course for attorneys. The course is approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization for two hours of Gereral CLE credit.

Additionally, the course has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission, for two hours General Continuing Mediation Education (CME).
