Divorce is not cheap, but mistakes may become far more expensive.

Services are usually provided directly for one of the divorcing parties, in cooperation with their attorney. It is also possible for an attorney to contract with me as a financial consultant on a case. As a CDFA, CFDP, and CFDS, I am qualified to appear as an expert court witness if required.

As a first step, I can provide you with an initial one hour consultation at no charge, with no obligation. The time we spend together will help me understand as much as possible about your situation, answer any questions you may have concerning my services, and provide some preliminary direction to you regarding the financial aspects of your case. This time will also enable us to decide if you would likely benefit further from my services.

Divorce financial analysis services are provided at an hourly rate of $225, requiring an initial retainer of $2,500. The retainer covers the first 11 hours of services, at which time you may be asked to replenish the retainer or be billed monthly for additional hours.

If you are unsure about scheduling an appointment, I suggest you call for a brief discussion to help you decide.
