Rosemary Frank Attends Advanced Symposium
BRENTWOOD,TN - January 5, 2009 - Rosemary Frank, MBA, CDFA, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, recently participated in a national symposium on advanced divorce financial topics and strategies. The full 2-day event was sponsored by the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts, the certifying body. Attendance was limited to forty highly experienced CDFAs from around the country.
Topics discussed at the symposium included: complex assets and executive compensation, advanced funds tracing techniques, business valuations, use of insurance and trusts in settlements, preparing financial court exhibits, and preparation as an expert witness. The overriding theme focused on the CDFA's role to analyze and simplify financial data and concepts, then educate the client, attorney and judge regarding the financial issues of each case.
